It's been kind of a bad winter here in NYC this year..suppose this winter is like a teenage romance; up and down, go back and fourth, swinging, unstable, total mess. After the daylight saving started, there have been days started to feel a little more like spring, and then sudden snow attack. There was a commercial by SK-II, the Japanese skin care cosmetic brand, back when I was in school. I remember so vividly their phrase in the commercial, "if there are more 50 year-old beautiful women, Japan will change." My mom got all the SK-II for me when I visited Japan last year-she's GOD to me.   SK-II is a semi luxury brand targeting from mid 20s to older women and I grew up thinking it's something my mom would use, and now I must say I cannot say enough about how amazing their products are. Being Asian in America means you are automatically seen underage and getting ID checked at every bars you go. That was the first culture shock experience coming to America from where I could start going to a bar when I was 15..well, not legally of course but back then it was so much easier in Japan. First thing's first.. As promised, Pigeon Dynamite is donating the partial profit made between November 1st and December 25th, which is yesterday, to UNICEF USA to help children in Philippines.  I would like to sincerely thank you for the support and love which gave me the opportunity to give back. This year has been so wonderful for Pigeon Dynamite , far greater than I could have asked for and I cannot possibly thank enough for the people who have believed in me, supported me and been supporting me continuously. When it started, I never even thought that I could be doing this far but it even made it to Artists&Fleas this year . Challenge could be scary sometimes and I was nervous trying something that I never tried. But my motto is "better having trouble than having nothing in my life." 2014 is still unknown but I'm going to keep working hard.
