Merry Special Note

It's the time of the year again.  New York City is filled with lights and illuminations. People are holding gifts for their loved ones and hurrying to their warm home. Christmas time is my favorite season too-Even though I hate the cold, this winter has been really really mellow in New York. I think this winter has been the warmest since I moved here in 2007. It feels like it was yesterday that I moved here from California...not. I totally lied. I don't feel like it was yesterday at all. Rather, it actually feels like I've been in New York since I left Japan, which is three years before I had left California.  I've had 9 winters in New York since I moved here, and a few winters I spent some times in Japan. But I feel like I've actually spent 18 winters here already because winter here is bloody freezing and deadly too long. And again, I hate winter-but then why the hell am I still here?
