Thank You 1000 Times
August was the best month for Pigeon Dynamite.
I finally have over a hundred sales on Etsy officially and August recorded the highest sales since I opened the shop.
It was a busy month and a very very productive month.
So thank you, thank you so so much.
I sincerely thank each one of Pigeon Dynamite supporters.
Without you, I couldn't have done any of this.
Because of your support, I could start the ring collections of my own this year besides the upcycled jewelry pieces.
Each one of your support made it possible for me to create my expanding collections.
I still remember the excitement of the first sale I made on Etsy.
The excitement and nerve racking experience to sell something I made to someone I've never met or know.
Ever since I launched the shop on Etsy in 2013, I was just trying to do as much as I could to push my business.
But it was difficult, obviously.
Not only because I was so naive about running my own business but also I just didn't know what I was doing, which I still am learning and working on.
Online business is one of those things that people think it's a fast cash making, home staying easy business.
Saying it's the opposite of that isn't even close to an understatement of the reality.
Having literally millions of competitors in the field, Etsy alone, it's like winning a lottery to be discovered and get the Cha-chin. (for those non-Etsy sellers, that is the sound notification on the sellers app.)
But of all the struggles and the fear of failing aside, I am more than thankful for having these people who have been very supportive to me.
I normally don't point individually but for the most important person of all, I have to thank my partner for all this.
Because as an artist, it is the best thing and absolute blessing to know there is someone who truly believes in you and your creativity.
So, thank you. You know who you are.
September is going to be an exciting month; there is news to come! So stay tuned!

7月の終わりにはリングコレクションも販売開始する事が出来ました。
ヴィンテージ商品と合わせて、日本のクリーマでも展開する事が出来ました。
皆さん、本当にありがとうございます。
ビジネスを始めて以来、周りの事を一から学んで、皆さんのサポートと共にやってこれました。
当然ながらビジネスど素人の私には簡単ではありませんでした。
未熟さと無知さだけで始めたビジネス。今もそうですが、本当にわからない事だらけでした。
オンラインでビジネスというと、家にこもってお金儲けできる簡単な仕事と思われる事もあります。
全くもって正反対のビジネス、というのも甘い位に厳しい仕事です。
何百万もの同業者がいる中で、お客様に自分のショップ見つけてもらうのは宝くじに当たる位の確率です。
ひとりひとりのサポートが広がって、大変な時も乗り越えてこれました。
失敗するんじゃないか、とか困難な時の苦悩もありますが、それでも皆さんに対する感謝の気持ちの方が何万倍も大きく、それだけでここ迄来れたと言っても過言ではありません。アーティストとして、自分と自分の能力を信じてくれる人がいるという事実はこれ以上無い位に恵まれている事です。多分一番大切な事だと思います。
始めてのセールスでの喜びや、会った事のないお客様に自分のつくったものを売るという緊張も全て今でも覚えています。
いつまでも忘れないようにしていきたいと思います。
