You choose the stone? Stone chooses you?

This is not related to the title of this blog but I recently experienced the migraine aura.

Basically a massive headache with crazy visual effect such as zig-zag and squiggly lines appearing in my vision. Mine kept going for so long and I could see the zig-zags flashing yellow and black and sometimes rainbow in front of my eyes even when I closed my eyes while I thought I was dying from the headache.

Any how, though I rested and was slowly recovering while my assistant cat Miss.B was watching me drawing with pastels for my rehabilitation purpose. It helps me to focus and relax when I draw or paint.  Pastel color is my favorite medium too, so it was good for my psyche. Then I tried to incorporate the image I saw into my drawing somehow.
Anyways, so the background of Talisman Rings of the top image is part of these drawings I did.

And speaking of aura,
when you meet someone, do you see the person's personality color immediately?  
There are some people who could see these colors around each person.
I am definitely not one of those who can see the aura, but I could feel if the person is someone I like pretty much instantly. It is almost like my natural instinct and it is almost always right.
The stones and quartz, to me, are kind of like that, too.
  
My rings, for example, are designed after I pick the stones.
Because if I don't get the vibes or the inspiration from the stone, I cannot make the ring.
There has to be something that appears to me.
In other words, it is the stone that chooses the design of the ring.
I find this process very spiritual.
I simply follow my instinct to design the rings.

If you are feeling tired, or stressed, your mind and body naturally seeks for healing energy or something that provides the energy.
Sometimes depends on your mood, you may get attracted to stones that are not your regular pick.
If you feel connected to the color of the stone, or the stone itself, it might mean something deeper than just you "like" the stone.
It is certainly quite interesting each different kind of stones has different power.
For instance, emeralds has been believed believed to have the power to heal the body since ancient time.
I love the color of emeralds and I definitely get attracted to the beautiful color of green.
Naturally, I make a lot of my jewelry using different kinds of that color stones.
(Maybe I am very tired too.)

There are many different shades of green. Apple green, moss green, peacock green, muscat green, etc..

 One the other hand, of course, there are the opposite color palette stones that have different power, too.

Garnet, for instance, is believed to have the power of providing success in relationships  and career.  It's also said to get the negarive minds such as jealousy and hatred away from the mind.

Ruby is categorized in the same spiritual stones as garnet.
It is believed to provide passion, energy and protects the owner from threats.

And lastly, rose quartz. The stone of love, compassion and success in relationships.

It is important to listen to inner-self.
Spirituality may not be for everyone, but I am not sure if you can lie to yourself if you are feeling something that you cannot explain.
There is something beyond words or knowledge.

Maybe your body and mind are looking for something different today.
Or maybe the stone is waiting for you to find it.

タイトルとあんまり関係ないんですが、最近、閃輝暗転というのを経験しました。
物凄い頭痛持ちの私なんですが、
今回はいつもよりハードボイルドで片頭痛にしても相当悪かったみたいでチカチカしだして、一部視界がブロックされてるような状態になってしまいました。
貧血で何も見えないというのはなった事があったんですが、今回は阪神タイガースのような色のジグザグやらレインボーカラーのアメーバみたいなのが見えて、
何が起きているんや状態でした。
しばらく頭痛と幻覚に魘されながら、休ませてもらって
リハビリ目的に（？）パステルで絵を描いていました。
私のすぐ目の前でアシスタント猫ベーコン（♀）が描いてる間中ずっと見守ってくれてました。その絵の一部が一番上の写真のリングの背景なんですが。
見えたジグザグとかも、ちょっと入れたいと思ったので、描いておきました。。（て、写真では写ってないんですが。）
で、この症状、ジグザグとかが見える症状を英語ではマイグレイン・オーラと呼ぶみたいです。

ちなんでなんですが、、皆さんはオーラというやつが見えますか？

たまに人のオーラが見えるという人に会う事があるんですが、

私には全く見えません。見たいと思った事も実はあんまりありません。

（ネガティブオーラが出まくっているひとは分かる気がしますが。。）

でも、だいたい直感でこのひとすき！っていうのはすぐ分かります。

その直感もほぼ確実に当たるんですが。

石を選ぶときも、そんな感じです。

これ！とかピンとくるものが無いと、イメージが湧かないし、デザインも生まれません。

試行錯誤しながら考え抜いて作るデザインも多いですが、

石を使うときは、なるべく直感に従ってデザインを作り上げていきます。

何か惹かれるものが無いとインスピレーションが生まれないので、

石がデザインを決めている、と言っても過言ではありません。

むしろリングの場合は、石無くしてデザインは出来なかったのばかりです。

例えば、いつもなら気にならないはずの石に惹かれた、という事はありませんか？

そういう時は、知らず知らず体や心からのメッセージがそう言ってるのかもしれません。

その石の色に惹かれた、石自体が気になった、何でも良いんです。

自分の直感からくるサインには、何か単純にいつも好きな石だから、という以上の意味があるかもしれません。

例えば、エメラルドのような緑の石には、ヒーリング作用があると信じられています。

私もエメラルド色は大好きで、自分のジュエリーにも沢山グリーン系の石を使っています。

マラカイトには邪気を払う力と高い癒しの力があると言われています。

人間関係を円滑にするとも言われる石です。

言葉や、説明できない何かを感じるのには、何か理由があるはずです。
