YES. 
This is it. This is an official announcement for Pigeon Dynamite's first EVER debut on
RAW;natural born artists show case event!
This happened just so quick and it was kind of like a crazy dream-a really good one!
I was scouted through my Etsy page, and the next moment after I submitted my information, I was selected to be RAW artist.

So, here's the super brief information about this organization.
It is an international organization for artists by artists.
It's a great organization to bring artists together and help promoting their art and exposure.
They have numerous locations covered and have done very inspiring art events.

I was so honored to be part of this and participate their upcoming event in Manhattan next month.
This is the most exciting part of RAW.
They have featured over 50,000 artists since they started in 2009, and have done over 1500 show cases gathering the artists from various kinds of genre.
Each event features 40+ artists, including live music performances by the local musicians and performance artists, runway fashion shows, pup-up galleries and shops by all the creative artists.
Their event is not a typical gallery experience. 
And as an artist, I am given limited amount of discounted tickets available for those who would like to experience this event, meet the artists, networking, and feel the true New York underground art scene.

Art is not completed without the interaction between the art and the audience. 
Artists need the audience.

凄い事です！びっくりです！
メインサイトを通してスカウトされたのですが、今日正式に参加する事が決定しました！
本当にあっという間の出来事だったので未だにびっくりです。

このアーティスト集団は何者か、と
簡単に説明すると、アーティストが集まって作られた団体で
2009年の創立より50000人を超えるアーティストを今までフューチャーして
1500を超えるイベントを行ってきたインターナショナルに活動する団体です。
独立して活動するアーティスト達を見つけて、エリアごとにイベントを開催し、
アーティスト達をサポートするという素晴らしいチームなのです。

今回、そのイベントに参加する事になったのですが、これまた40を超えるアーティストをフューチャーしたイベントで、ファッションショーからライブパフォーマンスあり、
ポップアップのギャラリーアリのとても楽しい一日限りのイベントになります。

場所はハイラインボールルーム。クラブなのでIDが必要になります（21歳以下の方は入場出来ません。）

For some reasons, I've been looking at Yayoi Kusama's work again recently. It's probably unnecessary to explain who she is since her collaboration with Luis Vuitton in the past that helped a little bit making her a world famous Japanese contemporary artist like Takashi Murakami. Almost Autumn

Autumn is my absolute favorite season besides spring (but probably even better.) Summer is great, even now I don't live as close to the beach as I used to in San Diego (15-20 min drive to any beaches..sweet!) here in NYC, summer is still fun and inspiring. But it's just fall is so much more to me. The color deepens, the food tastes better, air is crisper, coffee feels more comforting and I feel more creative and productive. It's like the pigments of every colors I see outside become more vivid and it's almost too beautiful and I cannot take it. Luckily the fall in the northeast gives the best part of my favorite season compared to what it did in SoCal which was a lot more muted. I remember the colors of Nara in the fall when I visited last year.   Even though it was passed the best time of their leaf watching season, it was still magnificent. Questions to Be Answered

I have a confession to make-it's been a very difficult time for me to come up with new jewelry ideas in the last several weeks. And this might just sound I am making an excuse but since I know exactly why, I thought that I would make a post on this.  Besides my current move of my workspace, there's been just too much sad news that are giving me such a hard time to be creative and productive.
