I am not trying to be political here but I'm not afraid to say that I do believe everyone has a right to love a person whether he or she is gay or lesbian or straight. Since I am a person who legally married an American, I've been always concerned about how DOMA was affecting not only American gay couples rights but also the immigration law among these couples who married American citizens legally in some states but not recognized by the federal law to waive their immigration status to stay with their partners in America. The step to become a legal spouse to an American citizen as a foreigner isn't particularly easy but it is pretty straightforward.
